Lucid Hypothesis

So this blog is mainly focused on my hypothesis on Lucid dreaming and my observations on achieving the said state.
and this blog will also be focussed on me, since I have no other "subjects" to test out my theories, so most of what I write here will come from my own experiences and whatever I've observed while trying to lucid dream.

So over the recent months I am facing difficulties sleeping, like I just can't sleep without thinking about something, like I need to have something to think of, it could be anything- Math, School, Exams, People, anything!
I mean I just can't sleep with nothing on my mind, it feels... BLANK, and voidly awful, like I feel empty, and its a very weird feeling, perhaps unique to me. Another thing I have observed is that my dreams are composed of a lot of things that has some sort of involvement in my life over the recent times and I think this is common to most of the people.

Ok so I always wanted to Lucid dream, and I haven't done much research on how that state is achieved but I have been experimenting to achieve that state using some of my own methods, now before I share them, there are some things I wanna put before hand.

So as I have mentioned, I need to think of something or have something in my mind when I go to sleep, but when I'm really really tired, this process happens very soon, the process of me "sleeping".
So here are some of my hypothesis, so when I'm really tired, I don't really need to think of anything, my brain goes "power off" really soon, however when I'm not tired, I have to think of some "stuff", something to fill my mind, and in doing so, I basically push my brain hard to keep imagining stuff and that makes it tired and so it eventually goes "power off".
So I unintentionally developed some sort of technique to make use of whatever sleep condition I have to try and achieve Lucid dreams.

So first of all, you need to try "kickstarting" your dreams, I do this by force imagining stuff, whatever I want to think of, but this requires immense motivation because you will be tired in like few minutes of imagining, and then you will eventually fall back onto some different idea/imagination which may be completely different from what you had desired, basically you would go "off topic" and may start imagining something different.
So what I believe happens (atleast with me) is that when I force imagine whatever I want to think, and maybe I do lose motivation and then go "off topic" but when I'm imagining, I try to focus all of my brain to imagine whatever stuff I want, and so when I get tired, and my brain actually goes asleep, it somehow remembers what I started with and so now whatever dreams I'm getting, it will have certain components of what I was imagining in the first place.

Yeah so this is like a step 1 for me to achieve lucid state. Now what I do next requires practice I guess, so now when you're dreaming, you will be encountering a lot of mistakes in your dreams, So you will somehow need to practice to catch those mistakes. So how I started is that, after waking up, I try to recall whatever I dreamt, and then I try to look for mistakes, tiny or big doesn't matter, and I tried doing this a lot of times, unintentionally again. So now whenever I dream, and if there is some anomaly or some mistake, like a "Law" of physics being broken, or I encounter something which opposes what I have observed in real life, I usually catch those mistakes in my dreams itself.

So you have to basically prepare your brain to "light up" whenever you encounter any mistake or anomaly, and so when you're dreaming and you suddenly encounter some mistake, your brain will "light up", or basically gain consciousness but you will not be awake, you'll be in some sort of "state" where you are dreaming but you are also conscious and can now control your dreams, and bend your dreams as you wish!
I believe to improve and make prepare your brain to catch these small mistakes in your dream, you could write whatever mistakes you find while trying to recall your dreams in a notebook, maybe even write off entire dreams off your memory.

Some examples of anomaly I have picked up in my dreams:

So I am still experimenting, trying to see how more efficiently can this state be achieved and I'll add to this blog whenever I discover some breakthrough or a more efficient way.
